System of insert threads that quickly and safely replaces damaged and worn threads. Made of solid steel C1215 with a surface of zinc and phosphate and 2-4 hardening locking pins that prevent the sleeve from loosening. Very easy to install and remove with standard tools. No risk of the sleeve loosening, even with repeated tightening. Zero risk of thread damage both during assembly and disassembly. Sleeves from M6 and smaller have two locking pins, larger sleeves have four pins. Kit included 12pcs: Pro Insert M4, M5, M6, M8, M10. A drill of size: 6.8mm, 8.8mm, 10.8mm, 12.5mm. A threaded pin of size: M8, M10, M12, M14.

The sleeves are made in one solid piece with hardened locking pins that protects against rotation even with repeated tightening. Easy to install with standard drill and tap sizes. Also very simple, if necessary, to remove with standard drill without damaging existing threads. Ideal as a replacement threads in soft metals such as magnesium and aluminum.
