At VEIDEC GREECE, the protection of the dignity and rights of all our employees is a non-negotiable priority. Our commitment to a working environment free of harassment, discrimination or intimidation is not only a legal obligation, but primarily an ethical stance and value that defines the way we operate.

  • Sexual Harassment: Zero Tolerance

Sexual harassment in the workplace is not limited to extreme behaviour. It can manifest itself through unwelcome comments, inappropriate jokes, looks of discomfort, insinuations or even the exploitation of a position of power for personal gain. There is no room for such behaviour in our company.

If an employee experiences or observes such incidents, we encourage immediate reporting. Any complaint will be handled with the utmost discretion, seriousness and fairness.

  • Mobbing: respect is not an option, it is an obligation

Mobbing – the systematic bullying or psychological pressure on an employee – is equally damaging. It’s not just about shouting or insults, but also about more insidious forms of pressure, such as:

  • Isolation from the group
  • undermining someone’s work
  • Excessive control or unjustified criticism
  • Spreading rumours and offensive comments

No one should work in an environment of fear. Therefore, it is important that any such behaviour is reported so that it can be dealt with promptly and effectively. Protecting workers is a collective responsibility and requires action by all.

  • Our Commitment

At VEIDEC GREECE we are committed to maintaining a working environment where respect, safety and fairness are a given. We show no tolerance for behaviour that violates the rights of our people.

Everyone’s diversity and personality are fully respected. They cannot and should never be a reason for ridicule, discrimination or violence.

Because respect in the workplace is a right – and non-negotiable.
